THERAPEUO Mental Health Foundation, located in St. Paul, MN, is dedicated to serving the African American and BIPOC community by addressing long-standing systemic barriers to mental health care. Recognizing the significant gap in services available to the Christian African American population, the Foundation will provide culturally responsive and faith-sensitive support. Our clinic will offer a comprehensive range of services—including individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, and psychiatric assessments—ensuring accessible and affirming care for those who have historically been underserved.
Core Values
He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credentialed in both California and Minnesota and serves as an approved Clinical Supervisor for Marriage and Family Therapy licensure candidates through the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as for LPCC and LPC licensure candidates through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.
Dr. Morgan is a Clinical Fellow of the Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), and an AAMFT-approved Supervisor Candidate. His work reflects a longstanding commitment to clinical excellence, ethical supervision, and integrative, systems-based care. He is the former CEO of Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities and most recently, V.P. of Chemical & Mental Health at Avivo.
